On a hillside site in West Seattle, this modern home opens to a private terrace with substantial views of the Puget Sound, The no-maintenance exterior includes blue stone paving, a Parklex-panel rain screen exterior cladding system, zinc shingle siding, aluminum-clad windows, and motorized, exterior sun screens.  The interior features radiant bamboo floors; a variety of natural stone for bathroom floors, fireplace hearth and kitchen counters; exposed glue-laminated beams with t&g fir ceilings; and Raumplus translucent sliding panels to open the private spaces to the public areas and views.  The general contractor was SBI General Contractors.
