Judges Special Commendation Award in the 2014 National AIA Architectural Photography Competition
A misty day in Bibao. The visitor's umbrella was a nice complement to the fog sculpture by Fujiko Nakaya on the entry bridge of the Guggenheim Museum. The sculpture was a temporary installation designed to accompany her friend Robert Rauschenberg's 1998 exhibition at the museum. Rauschenberg subsequently purchased the work and donated it to the museum so that it sould remain as a permanent installation.
