Magnolia Residence

Miscellaneous work to a mid-century modern house originally designed by noted Seattle architect, Ira Cummings (1915-1975).

The most visible part of this project was the replacement of the seriously deteriorated original carport with a new garage capped with a vegetated or "green" roof.  The green roof consultant was Patrick Carey of Hadj Design, the landscape designer was Dan Billey, and the general contractor was Phoenix Construction.

Completed summer 2008.
