Second story addition and renovations to a 1930 residence. Originally a two bedroom, one bathroom house, the new second story netted two more bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the original main floor bedrooms was replaced with the new stair and an expanded kitchen.
The upper floor contains a
new master bedroom on the south side with views of the Olympics and Mount
Rainier. The stair, hallway, two bathrooms and closet areas are in the
center section, while two children's bedrooms are on the north side.
