Interior renovations to a
1978 residence
designed by noted Seattle architect, Lee Copeland,
including a new kitchen.
Quarry tile flooring was replaced with oak flooring consistent with the other
main floor rooms; natural cherry cabinets replaced the original plastic laminate
ones; a built-in kitchen table and seating area took the place of an
underutilized pantry.
The laundry was moved next
to the bedrooms on the upper floor in order to accommodate a new guest
suite on the ground floor.
Completed autumn 1997. |
