The radical renovation of a one-story 1928 cottage bungalow. The original
roof pitch was altered to accommodate a new partial second floor and third floor
roof deck. First floor walls and ceilings were removed, the kitchen
rearranged, and new stairs added providing a unique loft-like living space.
